Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to expand our business within the horse racing sector. This role requires a passionate individual with a deep understanding of the horse racing industry and a keen interest in sports technology.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively generate leads and manage the sales pipeline for the horse racing market, focusing on promoting the TRACAB Horse Tracking System.
- Engage with potential clients through various channels to introduce our technology and set up demonstrations of how our system can enhance race tracking and analytics.
- Develop a deep understanding of the features and benefits of the TRACAB Horse Tracking System, effectively communicating its value proposition to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies that boost TRACAB’s presence and adoption in the horse racing market.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity in horse racing to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of TRACAB’s presence in horse racing.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably with a background in sports technology or a related field that includes horse racing.
- Strong understanding of the horse racing industry and its unique needs and challenges.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and effectively managing a sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales enablement tools.
