Job Description:
As a Senior Product Manager at TRACAB, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of all TRACAB products. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in product management and a deep understanding of the sports technology market. The ideal candidate will be adept at steering product strategy, innovation, and lifecycle management to meet the needs of high-profile clients and markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine product strategy and roadmap for all TRACAB products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development from conception to launch, ensuring excellence in execution.
- Conduct high-level market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements.
- Engage directly with key stakeholders and clients to gather critical feedback and foster strong relationships.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators for product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize product success.
- Champion the vision for the product internally and externally, maintaining clear communication across all levels of the organization.
- Mentor and develop junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in sports technology or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing senior-level project teams.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies; proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with executives, engineers, and clients alike.
- A passion for sports and technology with a deep understanding of the needs and dynamics of elite sports markets.
